Shipping Rate, The minimum shipping rate starts at 160 Dirhams  for 01 to 10kg and for order above 10kg, shipping rate will 15% of the purchase cost.

Missing Items

If your item appears to be missing any parts, please contact us at +971 55 748 9697  or Info@fixdessertchocolatesshop.com, so we can assist you further in resolving the issue. When contacting us, please ensure you include the item name and code, along with the part you believe to be missing.

Incorrect items 

Please email us a picture of the incorrect item received, and we will arrange for the item to be returned and you will be sent the correct item. In the event that you return an item yourself, we will not be able to refund you for the shipping costs. 

Change of Address

We cannot modify the delivery address once it is in route. If you need to update the delivery address for your order, please email us at Info@fixdessertchocolatesshop.com, within 24 hours of placing the order.
